PacificJewelry.com provides this site as a useful resource for fine jewelry shopping, and a retail location for certified loose diamonds and fine jewelry.

The following are the terms strictly for items purchased on PacificJewelry.com:

PacificJewelry.com tries to ensure that the representations of PacificJewelry.com products that are included in our Site, including the colors of our products, are as accurate as possible. However, please recognize that the colors of our products as they appear on your monitor may differ from the fit as depicted on models.

WEBSITE RETURN POLICY

All items are valid for a store credit. Due to the value of our items, we have a strict return policy. If within 5 days, you are not  satisfied you can return your item. Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the conditions of the item.  Any wear, mark or damage will not be accepted for a return.  

SPECIAL ORDERS

On the special ordered items we have a  non-returnable and non-refundable policy due to the fact that it is made to order. It is not eligible for any store credit. For this reason, make sure that your order is exactly what you want.

HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN

To return a item to PacificJewelry.com, follow this process:  

  1.  
    1. Register online or call 305-379-9898.
    2. Package the return in the original shipping carton or a small cardboard shipping box. Please be sure to secure the package with appropriate packing materials, as content may shift and become damaged in transit. For security reasons, please do not write Pacific Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
    3. Insure your package.
    4. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached pacificjewelry.com* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
